Material


Open a document in PSP 350 x 550 transparent
Copy & paste the clown as a new layer
Minimize it
Open another document 200 x 200 transparent
Pick Selection Tool and select Circle
from Drop Down menu at the top
Draw a small circle & paint with green color


Selections – Select None
Effects – 3D Effects – Inner Bevel


Use these settings


You will get a green ball
Like this create another 2 balls, red & orange
or as you like. Color is your choice
Copy & paste these 3 balls as new layers
3 different layers, 1 for each ball
Select Clown layer
Layers – Arrange – Send to Bottom

Change foreground color to red
Close background color. Stand in the top layer
Select Shape & Ellipse


Draw an Ellipse like this
It will appear as a Vector layer
With Pen Tool draw lines like this


Stand on Clown layer
With Freehand Selection Tool – Point to Point
Select this portion


Right click inside the selection – Copy
Right click in the blank space – Paste as New Image
Minimize it
In the original document – Hit Delete in key board
You will get this


Like this do the left hand
You will get this. Also you have two hands


Stand on Clown layer
Copy & paste the right hand as new layer
With Move Tool place it like original


Again copy & paste the right hand as new layer
With Raster Deform Tool move a little downwards
Then with Move Tool place it like this


Again copy & paste the right hand as new layer

Then with Move Tool place it like this

With same 3 steps, do the left hand


Final Layers positions


We are ready
Open Animation Shop
Back to Paintshop Pro

We shall move the balls wit Move Tool
After each move
Edit – copy Merged
In animation Shop
First frame – Paste as new Animation
From second frame – After Current Frame
I am showing you the moves
Total 12 moves

 

 

 

 

 

 

But before 'Copy Merged'
You should close the vector layer

We are done
Timing by default 10
Save as GIF
If you do not know how to save
Please see my first tutorial

If you are not comfortable with the hands
Do it without moving the hands
That will also look good
