Objective of this tutorial is Neon Glow

Departmental Store is only a drawing

I created the store on request of my son

So it looks good

Therefore no tutorial for the store

The tubes of Laptop, LED TVs, Mobiles,

Bags, Perfumes & Shoes I used in the store

have been made by

Thafs, Adrimar, DBK, Guismo & YP

Not a single tube is mine

Open a document in psp 400 x 400 transparent

Write anything in your favorite font

(You may use a combination

of PNG picture and writing)

Copy a picture & paste as New Selection

In the same layer

Selections – Select All

Selections – Flot

Effects – Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Use this setting

Change the color of your liking

by clicking the box, then OK

When it is still selected right click on it

Copy & paste as new image

To remove excess area

You don’t have any selection now

Save it as psp file in your Desktop

Open animation Shop

File - Animation Wizard

When the window opens

Use the setting then Next

Click next

Click next

Click next

Click next

Then add the image twice which you have

saved in your desktop

Then click next and finish

You will get this

Save it differently

File – Optimization Wizard

When the window open use this setting

Click next

Click next

OK

File – Save As
