Colors are indicator only

You can choose your own color

Open a new document in PSP 500 x 550 transparent

Paint with color #000000 (Black)

View - Ruler

With Pen Tool draw a vertical line at 250

And a horizontal lines at 250 

Pick Selection Tool – Selection type - Ellipse

Draw an ellipse starting from cross section

(so that it will be centre of the ellipse)

Layer – New Raster Layer

Paint with #0000FF, keep selection

Selections – Modify – Contact 4

Hit delete in keyboard – selection none

Effects – 3D Effects – Inner Bevels

You will get this

Layers - Duplicate

With Move Tool place it a little left

Layers – Merge – Merge Down

Stand below this merged layers

Foreground color #0000FF

Draw a small line with Pen Tool. Width 4.00

Duplicate 13 times and place like this

Remove the excess portion with eraser

Foreground color #FF0000 (red)

With Pen Tool, width 3.00, draw a straight line - Apply

Change Foreground color to white (#FFFFFF)

Pen Tool, width 1.00

Draw a line inside the red line

Place the line like this

Duplicate the line 7 times

Stand on 1st duplicate

Image – Rotate – Free Rotate – Left 23

Like this rotate another 6 lines

45, 68, 90, 113, 135 and 158

You will get this

Merge this line (Merge Down)

Duplicate this layer

Image – Rotate – Free Rotate – Right 12

Rename those two layers CH 1 & CH 2

Remove the excess portion with earaser

Add a new raster layer at the bottom, above the black layer

With Pen Tool draw a straight line, width 8.00

 Effects – 3D Effects – Inner Bevels

Use the setting shown before

Image – Rotate – Free Rotate – Left 70

Again Image – Rotate – Free Rotate – Right 70

With Move Tool place like this

Duplicate CH 1, Rename this layer CH 3

Duplicate CH 2, Rename this layer CH 4

Copy & paste the red chair as new layer 3 times

Brown chair 2 times & green chair 3 times

Above each CH layer

( 8 layers above CH 1, 8 above CH 2

8 above CH 3, 8 above CH 4 )

With Move Tool place the chairs like this
Merge this chairs with below CH layer

 

 

Now animation

Close CH 2, CH 3 and CH 4

Open all other layers

Edit Copy Merged

Animation Shop – Paste as new animation

Back to PSP, open CH 2 Close CH 1

Edit – Copy Merged

Animation Shop – Paste after current frame

Back to PSP, open CH 3 Close CH 2

Animation Shop – Paste after current frame

Back to PSP, open CH 4 Close CH 3

Animation Shop – Paste after current frame

Edit – Select all

Right click on any frame – Frame Properties

Give 15

Save as GIF
