For Beginners Only

For this you need Paintshop Pro, Animation Shop

And Wingdings Font

If you don’t have Wingdings Font

Download from here

Open a document 440 x 240 px in PSP

Paint it with black

(You may use any color of your choice)

Layers – New Raster Layer – OK

Close Foreground and Background color is white

Click on Text - Font Wingdings size 14

and type “n” 30 times in your keyboard

Place it at the top with Move Tool

Add another layer

Layers – New Raster Layer – OK

Type “n” 12 times

Image – Rotate – Free Rotate – Left 90

Place it

Layer – Merge –Merge Down

Layer Duplicate

Image – Flip then Image – Mirror

Place it with Move Tool

Layer – Merge – Merge Down

Layer – Duplicate 2 times

Rename the Layers A1, A2 & A3

(Right click on layer – Rename)

Add another layer and in the same way

Create another same design

Only this time Font Size is 11

Duplicate 2 times

and rename the layers B1, B2 & B3

Add a layer, write Merry Christmas

Font your choice

Duplicate 2 times and rename

Text1, Text2 & Text3

Foreground color CDA003

Stay on Layer A1, Close layer A2 & A3

Select Flood Fill Tool

Fill the extreme left box then 4th box

Always leave 2 boxes

Stay on Layer A2, Close layer A1 & A3

Fill the 2nd box from left then 5th and on

Stay on Layer A3, Close layer A1 & A2

Fill the 3rd box from left then 6th and on

Same way Paint with red color B1, B2 & B3

Only this time start it from right

If you face the problem like

All the boxes taking the color like straight line

Undo it, select the layer

Adjust – Sharpness –Sharpen More

Now you can fill a single box

Again go to layers and fill the white boxes

With black color

All A1, A2, A3, B1, B2 & B3

You will get this

Click on foreground

and select Gradient and Rainbow

Style Sunburst, Repeats 1

Select Text1, Selections – Select All

Selections - Float

Fill the selection

Selections – Select None

Just like this fill Text2, only change Repeats to 3

Fill Text3, only change Repeats to 5

Do not touch anything else

Now Close A2, A3, B2, B3, Text2 & Text3

Edit – Copy Merged

Go to

Animation Shop – Edit – Paste – As New Animation

Back to PSP

Close A1, A3, B1, B3, Text1 & Text3

Edit – Copy Merged

Go to

Animation Shop – Edit – Paste – After current Frame

Back to PSP

Close A1, A2, B1, B2, Text1 & Text2

Edit – Copy Merged

Go to

Animation Shop – Edit – Paste – After Current Frame

At Animation Shop

Now save
