Just save it

Open a document in PSP 600 x 350 transparent

Paint with color black (#000000)

Selection – Circle, draw a circle

Fill with 404040

Selections – Modify – Contact 6

Hit delete in Keyboard. Select none

Effects – 3D effects – Inner Bevel

It will look like this

Duplicate the ring twice

Rename these three layers R 1, R 2 and R 3

Select layer R 1, close layer R 2 and R 3

Effects – Plug-in Filters – Eye Candy 4000 – Fire

Select layer R 2, close layer R 1 and R 3

Effects – Plug-in Filters – Eye Candy 4000 – Fire

Click on Random Seed once – OK

Select layer R 3, close layer R 1 and R 2

Effects – Plug-in Filters – Eye Candy 4000 – Fire

Click on Random Seed once – OK

Now open the dog in Animation Shop

Select Frame1 – Copy

In PSP select Raster1 (Black layer) – Paste as New Layer

Copy F2, F3 & F4 one by one

Paste in PSP as new layer

Copy F5, F6 & F7

Paste as new layer above R 3 in PSP

Rename those layers D1 … D7

Like this

Close all layers, Open F1 & D1

Copy Merged, Paste in AS – Paste as New Animation

Close F1 & D1, open F2 & D2

Like this paste 7 frames

Edit – Select All, right click at any frame

Frame Properties, Timing 17
