Open a document in PSP transparent 400 x 700

Paint with color # 000000

Copy & paste the bottle as new layer in the bottom

Duplicate the layer. Stand on the top layer

With Freehand Selection Tool – Point to Point, select the cap

Right click inside the selection – Copy

Hit delete in the keyboard

Selections - Select None

Edit – paste – Paste as new layer

The cap is still in the memory of your mouse

Duplicate the layer 11 times

Keep open the 1st layer, close other 10 layers

Close the original bottle layer

Keep open the duplicate bottle layer, without cap

Stand on the first cap layer

Image – Rotate – Free Rotate – Right – 5

With Move Tool place it like this

Stand on the 2nd cap layer

Image – Rotate – Free Rotate – Right – 10

3rd cap layer

Image – Rotate – Free Rotate – Right – 15

Like this do all cap layers

In each layer increase the rotation by 5

5, 10, 15 …… 50, 55, 60

With Move Tool place them like this

Very carefully place the ‘right side end’ in the same place

Otherwise the cap will be jumpy

Close all the cap layers except the last one

Stand below this cap layers

Layers – New Raster Layer

Pick Selection Tool and choose

Rounded Rectangle, from drop down menu

Select like this

Effects – Plugins – Eye Candy 4000 - Smoke

Click in the color and click again the area

Shown by red arrow

Change the color to #E82083

Click on Basic – use these settings

Keep the selection

Layers – New Raster Layer

Effects – Plugins – Eye Candy 4000 - Smoke

You don’t have to do anything with color again

Only Basic now

Change the Column Length to 100

Do not touch anything else

Like this add another 4 layers

And in each layer, change Column Length to 150, 200, 250 & 300

Keep open the last layer of smoke (300)

Close all other smoke layers

Stand in the top layer of the document

Copy & paste the Genie as New Layer

Duplicate the layer 8 times

You have 9 layers of Genie

Stand in the 1st layer and close above 8 layers

Image – Resize – 20%

Uncheck Resize All Layers

With Move tool, place like it

Open & stand in the 2nd layer of Genie

Image – Resize – 30%

Like this do up to 90

Leave the last layer as it is

Because it is 100

Place them. The end point should be in the same place

Stand on the bottom layer

Copy & paste the Mosque as new layer

Change the Foreground color to #E0DFD0

Layers – New Raster Layer

Pick Selection Tool & change it to circle

From above Drop down menu

Draw a circle & fill with foreground color

Selections – Select None

Draw another circle like this

Then hit Delete in keyboard

Selections – Select None

We are done

Now animation

Open Background, Mosque, Bottle & Moon layers

Close all other layers

Edit – Copy Merged

In Animation Shop

Edit – Paste – Paste as New Animation

Open & close the caps one by one

Open & close the smokes one by one

Open & close the Genie one by one

Every time, Edit – Copy Merged

In Animation Shop

Edit – Paste – Paste after Current Frame

Genie 15

First Frame 200

Last Frame 400

 How to change timing

Right click in the frame – Frame Properties

Give number i.e. 15 or 20 etc.
