Download an appropriate picture from net as background

Open a new document in PSP 670 x 450 transparent

Selections – Select All

Copy the background

Paste – Paste into Selection

Using Pen Tool draw a line

Copy & paste the Jet Ski 1 Several Times

View – Rulers

Enlarge the document 250% by rolling the mouse

With Move Tool move the Jet Ski 1 like this

Gap is 10

Copy & paste the boat as new layer

Copy & paste the parachute as new layer

Merge down these 2 layers

Copy & paste this combined layer several times

Like before with Move Tool place

Gap is 5

Like this do the Jet Ski 2 & Jet Ski 2

Gap is 15

Gap is 10

Copy & paste the boat as new layer

Copy & paste the Banana Boat as new layer

Merge down these 2 layers

Copy & paste this combined layer several times

Like before with Move Tool place

Gap is 10

 We are done

Now open and close the layers

In a combination as you like

Edit – Copy Merged

Go to Animation Shop

Paste After Current Frame

By default 10
