Open a document 670 x 450 in PSP transparent

Paint with color #283d54

Layer – New Raster Layer

Selection Tool & select Ellipse from drop down menu

Draw an Ellipse and paint with #808080

Keep the selection

Selections – Modify – Contact 4

Hit Delete in Keyboard

Selections – select None

Effects – 3D Effects – Inner Bevel

You will get this

Layers – Duplicate

With Move Tool set it like this

Layers – New Vector Layer

Foreground color #808080

With Pen Tool draw a line like this

Draw as much line as required

Right Click on this layer in Layer panel

Convert to Raster Layer

Effects – 3D Effects – Inner Bevel

Use the same settings as shown before

Layers – Arrange – Move Down

With Eraser Tool remove excess portion

Layers – New Vector Layer

With Pen Tool – now Width 1

Draw lines like this

 If there is any excess portion, remove with eraser

With Pen Tool first draw like this. Width = 10

Then like this. Width = 7

Use Inner Bevel like before in both the layers

Crop some Grass from any picture

Paste as new layer

Use the Tents, Light Posts & People as you like

All are in different layers

Copy & Paste the chairs as new layers

You can change the color of chair if you like

Adjust – Hue and Saturation – Colorize

Then Layers – Merge – Merge Down

Merge all chairs in a single layer

Rename this layer ‘Chair 1’

Again Copy & Paste the chairs as new layers

This time move the color above

In the Right side & below in the Left side

 Merge all chairs in a single layer

Rename this layer ‘Chair 2’

We have 6 sets of chairs, so do this another 4 times

Total 6 times

Rename this layers ‘Chair 1’ to ‘Chair 6’

We are done

Close ‘Chair 2’ to ‘Chair 6’

Open ‘Chair 1’

Edit – Copy Merged

In Animation Shop, Paste as New Animation

Close ‘Chair 1’, open ‘Chair 2’

In Animation Shop, Paste After Current Frame

Close ‘Chair 2’, open ‘Chair 3’

In Animation Shop, Paste After Current Frame

Close ‘Chair 3’, open ‘Chair 4’

In Animation Shop, Paste After Current Frame

Close ‘Chair 4’, open ‘Chair 5’

In Animation Shop, Paste After Current Frame

Close ‘Chair 5’, open ‘Chair 6’

In Animation Shop, Paste After Current Frame

In Animation Shop, Edit – Select All

Right click on any frame – Frame Properties

Give 50
