Save
a picture which you want to animate
Open
the picture in PSP
Copy
the picture (Edit – Copy), minimize the picture
Open
a new document at PSP 670 x 492
File
- New
(or as you like) in proportion with your picture
Selections
– Select All
Edit
– Paste – Paste into Selection
Selections – Select None
Enlarge
the picture 400% with the roller of the mouse
Select
Brush Tool; click the little arrow shown in red
Set the Brush as shown
Set
the Foreground color to red (FF0000)
Layers
– New Raster Layer
Click
the mouse several times along the line
you want to illuminate
Change
the Foreground color to green (00FF00)
Layers
– New Raster Layer
Click
above the red spot
Close the layer by clicking the eye
Change
the Foreground color to yellow (FFFF00)
Layers
– New Raster Layer
Click above the red spot
Change
the Foreground color to indigo (00FFFF)
Layers
– New Raster Layer
Like
previous click above the red spot
We
are done
Now
animation
Close
all layers except background
which
is at the bottom
Keep
the background layer open all the time
Open
the layer with red spot
Edit
– Copy merged
Go
to Animation Shop
Edit
– Paste – Paste as New Animation
Close
the red layer, open the green
Edit
– Copy merged
Go
to Animation Shop
Edit
– Paste – Paste After Current Frame
Close
the green layer, open the yellow
Edit
– Copy merged
Go
to Animation Shop
Edit
– Paste – Paste After Current Frame
Close
the yellow layer, open the indigo
Edit
– Copy merged
Go
to Animation Shop
Edit
– Paste – Paste After Current Frame
Edit
– Select All
Right
click in any frame
Frame
Properties
In
the pop-up box give 50
Save
as GIF
