Open a document in PSP 670 x 450 transparent
I am taking this measurement due to the size of my blog
You can take any size
I am not showing you the background, it is simple
You may use a Cole Mine picture as background
Minimize the background & open the fork lift
Pick Freehand Selection Tool with this setting
Select this portion


Right click inside the selection – Copy
Paste as new image


 Hit Delete in keyboard
Selections – Select None


Open the hand and select the spoon
With Freehand Selection Tool


Right click inside the selection – Copy
Paste as new image



Hit Delete in keyboard
Selections – Select None


We are ready
Copy & paste the fork lift (without hand)
As a new layer above background
Copy & paste the dumper as new layer


Copy & paste the hand as new layer
With move tool place it like this
Layer – New Vector Layer
With Pen Tool draw a line for adjustment


Duplicate the hand 11 times
Duplicate from original. Do not copy from copy
Stand on first duplicate
Image – Rotate – Free Rotate – Right 5


Like this do another 10 duplicate layers
Each time add 5, (10, 15, 20 … 50, 55)
With move tool place those
Keeping the red line as indicator


Close these hand layers
Copy & paste the hand without spoon as a new layer
With Move Tool place it
If required zoom it by using the roller of the mouse


Duplicate the hand 11 times
Like previous rotate (5 to 55)
Image – Rotate – Free Rotate – Right 5
Place it with Move Tool


 Now open the first layer of hand without spoon



Copy & paste the spoon as new layer
With Raster Deform Tool rotate & place it like this


Layers – New Raster Layer
With Freehand Selection Tool draw a selection


Fill with color # 202020
Effects – Texture Effects - Texture


Selections – Select None
Layers – Merge – Merge Down


Add a new raster layer above background
Just like this make a coal stack


Stand on spoon with coal layer
Duplicate 9 times
Stand on first duplicate
Image – Rotate – Free Rotate – Left 5


Like this rotate another 8 layers, adding 5 each
i.e. 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45
Adjust with Move Tool


Right click & copy the last image, rotate 45
Now open all layers of hand without spoon
Right click & paste the spoon as new layer
above each layer of hand
This is already in the memory of your mouse
Place it with Move Tool


Merge down spoon & hand in all layers
except the last layer. Keep it separate layers
Duplicate this spoon layers 15 times
Stand on first duplicate
Image – Rotate – Free Rotate – Right 5
Like this do all 15 layers adding 5 in each layer
i.e. 5, 10, 15 ….. 65, 70, 75


Add the empty spoon as new layer above the last layer


Duplicate the dumper 13 times & place them with Move Tool


Keep the last Dumper layer open
Close all other dumper layers
Layers – New Raster Layer, above the empty spoon
With Freehand Selection tool select as shown
Paint with #202020 and use texture like previous


Layers – New Raster Layer, above the last dumper layer
With Freehand Selection tool select as shown
Paint with #202020 and use texture like previous
Layers – Arrange – Move Down
Merge Down these 2 layers
Rename this layer Coal Dumper


Duplicate Cole Dumper Layer several times
With Move Tool place like this


Do not give any gap; I have given just to show you
Again copy & paste this Coal Dumper as new layer at the top
Image – Mirror
Image – Resize, resize 50%
Uncheck Resize all layers
With Raster Deform Tool rotate according to road
and place, do not give any gap


We are done

Now use your imagination for animation
See the animation carefully and open & close
the layers in combinations
Edit – Copy Merged
Paste after current Frame in Animation Shop

Hints

First step


When the hand reach in coal stack
Rotate the spoon with coal
Then move the hand without spoon
Open both HWS & spoon with coal


When you reach the last combination
Reverse the empty dumper under the hand
Then again rotate the spoon
Then move the loaded dumper
Edit – Select All
Right click in any frame
Frame Properties – Give 20
Press & hold Ctrl and select all dumper layers
empty or loaded
Right click in any frame
Frame Properties – Give 9 or 10
Save as GIF
