Download 2 landscapes of tea garden from net
Also download some Tea Leaves Picking pictures 
Open one TLP picture in PSP
Click on Freehand Selection Tool
Select ‘Point to point’ at the top with Feather 0
Select a girl



Right click inside the selection - Copy.
Edit – Paste – Paste as New Image



Layers – New Raster Layer
Layers – Arrange – Send to bottom
Image – Canvas Size
Click in the middle
Change Width & Height in such a way

that top, bottom, left & right should be around 50


Paint this blank layer with a color

That will not match with any parts of the girl


Select the top layer
Select ‘Freehand Selection Tool’
Point to point like previous
Left click outside the picture in blue surface
Then very minutely draw a line along the girl
By repeated left click of your mouse
After sometime, which is comfortable to you,
Go outside, cover the background,
Come to starting point & right click
To complete the selection
Hit ‘DELETE’ in your keyboard

Enlarge the picture if required


 Selections – Select None



Complete the rest


Stay on top layer
Right click – Copy

Right click – Paste – Paste as New Image


File – Export – PNG Optimizer – OK – Save
Like do all other girls, tea factory
or anything you want as transparent pictures

Open a document in PSP 670 x 450 transparent
Selections – Select All
Copy a landscape
Edit – Paste – Paste into Selection
Selections – Select None
Copy & paste the transparent girl as new layer
Resize it according to your background
(Image – Resize)

I am showing the original size for better understanding


Pick Freehand Selection Tool like previous
Enlarge the picture 250%
Select right hand


Right click inside selection – copy
Edit – Paste – Paste as New Image
Minimize it – hit Delete in keyboard
Same way select left hand
Copy & paste as new image

Hit Delete – minimize


Now you have a handless girl & two hands


Select Clone Tool
Right click on the body
Then left click to fill the gap
Do it repeatedly to give the girl normal shape


Copy & paste the left hand 3 times as new layer

Copy & paste the right hand 4 times as new layer


With move tool place the first right hand in normal position
Select Raster Deform & move the move
The 2nd right hand a little upwards


Pull the 3rd right hand more upwards

Then place them like this


Same way do the left hand


In the original animation I have done
Left & right hand 4 & 5 times
Same way do the other girls


We have done the Part I
Save it as PSP image in the Desktop


Part II

Open a document in PSP 670 x 450 transparent
Selections – Select All
Copy the 2nd landscape
Edit – Paste – Paste into Selection
Selections – Select None

With Freehand Selection Tool select this portion


Right click inside selection – copy. Keep the selection
Layer – New raster Layer
Right click – Paste – Paste into Selection
Selections – Select None
Rename this layer LS1
Now copy & paste the picture as new layer
below LS1, in this order (Bottom to Top)
Factory, Tractor, Man, Weigh Machine & Girls



You have to cut the hand of the Man

Just like previous, move & place those


Copy & paste the tractor several times & place



There is nothing in Part III

Part IV

Copy & paste the picture into selection
With Freehand Selection Tool select this portion



Right click inside selection – copy. Keep the selection
Layer – New raster Layer
Right click – Paste – Paste into Selection
Selections – Select None
Stand on the top layer

Adjust – Hue & Saturation – Colorize


We are done

Animation

Open & close left & right hand for all the girls at a time
Edit – Copy Merged & past in Animation Shop
After the first part
Edit – Select All, Edit – Copy
Edit – Paste – Paste After Current Frame
Do this 3 or 4 times
Same for Part II & III
Only do not repeat
In Part IV, first original picture
Then open 2nd layer (Colorized)
Right click on layer – Properties
Change the Opacity to 20
Edit – Copy Merged & past in Animation Shop
After Current Frame



Change the Opacity to 30, 40, 50……80, 90, 100
Each time Copy Merged & paste in Animation Shop
After Current Frame

Timing
Right click on each frame – Frame Properties
Change the timing in the pop-up box
Part I – 25
Part II – 40 for man
then 10 for Tractor
Part III – 10

Part IV -- 150
