This tutorial is all about swinging of the Boat in the sea

The Ship and Plane is just ornament

So the animation looks good

Open a document in PSP 670 x 400 transparent

Paint with color # 77B1FF

Effects – Plugins – Flaming Pear – Flood

Copy & paste the girls as new layers

Sitting girl is above this layer

Standing girl is below the boat layer

Merge these 3 layers. Rename this layer Boat

Stand on Boat layer

Rectangle Selection Tool and select the portion

Hit Delete in keyboard. Keep the selection

Stand on Sea layer at the bottom

Edit – Copy. Stand on Boat layer above

Layers – New Raster Layer

Edit – Paste – Paste into Selection

Selections – Select None

This will give you the effect that the bottom of the boat

is sinking under water with movements

Stand on Boat layer, duplicate 8 times

Duplicate from original layer

Do not duplicate from duplicate

Layers – Arrange – Move down

Like this move 4 layers below Boat layer

Keep another 4 layers above boat layer

Stand on Move1 layer

Image rotate – Free Rotate – Right 0.25

Layer Move2 – Rotate – Right 0.50

Layer Move3 – Rotate – Right 0.75

Layer Move4 – Rotate – Right 1.00

Stand on Move5 layer. This time Rotate Left

Layer Move5 – Rotate – Left 0.25

Layer Move6 – Rotate – Left 0.50

Layer Move7 – Rotate – Left 0.75

Layer Move8 – Rotate – Left 1.00

Stand on the top layer

Layers – New Vector Layer

With Pen Tool Draw 2 lines

Copy & paste the ship as new layer several times

With move tool, move the ship towards left in each layer

Use the red line to keep it straight

Copy & paste the Plane as new layer several times

With move tool, move the Plane towards left in each layer

Use the red line to keep it straight

Do not give any gap

I have given gap to show you only

We are done. Now delete the vector layer ( Red Lines )

Animation

There is nothing in Ship & Plane

Open & close the layers one by one

Tricky part is the Boat

From the very first frame you have to keep this sequence

Boat, Move1, Move2, Move3, Move4

Move3, Move2, Move1, Boat

Move5, move6, Move7, Move8

Move7, Move6, Move5, Boat

From first frame to last frame

Whatever combination you use for Ship & Plane

I have stopped the Ship. You may continue

Edit – Select All

Right click on any frame

Frame Properties – Give 15
